Our Engineers are also trained to study the applications for recommending the right products. Such studies and recommendations have helped to meet the customers’ needs accurately so as to optimise the price and performance.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT:
Graphite India is committed to support its customers for any product complaint in the shortest possible time. The process involves response within 24 hours and a request for a detailed information on the problem so that the same may be analysed at our end. Depending upon the intensity of problem, either the customer is visited by our Engineer or else an internal analysis is done thoroughly by checking the source of problem and proper Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are indentified. Our target is to resolve the customer complaint within four weeks from the date of receipt of complete information.
