CARBON ELECTRODE PASTE or CEP is used as conductor in Submerged Arc Furnace under self Baking process commonly known as Soderberg Electrode while manufacturing different types of Ferro Alloys ,Carbide and metal cleaning. The liquid Carbon Paste becomes baked due to the Joule (1=R) heating from the Electrical resistance in the Paste thus acts as a conductor passing current in to the bath in Submerged Arc furnace.

 Graphite India manufactures quality grade C.P.Coke based Carbon Electrode Paste for Ferro Alloys and Carbide industry for different capacities of Furnaces. CEP is available in brickets , rectangular and cylindrical form as per customers requirements
