| The incumbent will be responsible for the following aspects, on an all India basis;Continuous monitoring (both commercially & technically) of the ongoing projects with the help of a team of engineers available at site, with reference to the project schedule for completion, Measurement Book recordings, invoicing & recovery of dues. Guiding the site engineers, in relation to site-specific issues/ problems. Technical & commercial interaction / communication with the customers (including Government Departments), at all levels, in relation to the project. Interaction with the sub-contractor to ensure his working within the qualitative & quantitative guidelines of the project. Evaluate & estimate new project tenders (technically & commercially). Help the Marketing Department prepare the turnkey offers. Co-ordinate with the Purchase, PPC & Production Depts., for the successful completion of the projects, within the scheduled time period. The job demands excellent co-ordination, planning, implementation, liaison and communication skills, with frequent travelling. The position will report to the VP, GRP Divn, at Nashik. |
